ER Music No-Hassle Return Policy

 

Situations in which items are damaged, defective, disappoint or are purchased by mistake do happen, and require us to abide by our policies to ensure all customers are treated equally. This protects our customers as well as our company.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

It is an important responsibility of the customer to inspect the item(s) purchased immediately after receiving in order to report any manufacturer defects or damage during shipping and to report such defects or damage to ER Music Gallery as soon as possible.

If you are not satisfied with a product, you may wish to return it for a refund, store credit, or exchange. In the case of a refund or store credit, the amount refunded will be the amount indicated on your sales receipt§ unless your purchase qualified for free shipping. In this case, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund/credit.

Refunds, store credit, and exchanges are only applicable to purchases in which the customer has contacted ER Music Gallery within 30-days of product receipt.

 

 

»Defects or Shipping Damage

 

»Defects

Defects refer to unintentional damage done before the delivery. Damage done during or after the delivery is not considered a defect.

Products with manufacturer defects are rare but do occur. If you receive a product that you believe is defective, please inspect all contents in the package and submit a return form within 14 days of receipt.

Any notification of defect after the 14-day period will become a warranty claim with the manufacturer.

If necessary, a return authorization will be provided and the item will be inspected. The product will be shipped to our facility and a replacement will be shipped to you (if a replacement is available) once the item has been inspected.

Approval of returned merchandise includes inspection to confirm there has been no intentional damage, wear or tampering. Discovery of intentional damage, wear or tampering will result in a restocking fee, repair cost and shipping costs.

Oversized items should be repaired locally when it is possible. In this case, our Customer Service representatives will be able to help you find a repair service center near your location.

 

»Shipping Damage

Although unlikely, on occasion, an item is damaged while in transit. If you receive your order and you believe there has been shipping damage, notify ER Music Gallery immediately. Please inspect all contents in the package and submit a return form within 7 days of receipt.

If necessary, ER Music gallery will handle the claim process and also provide you with replacement options.

Please be sure to inspect the contents of the package before submitting a shipping damage claim. More often than not, the item inside will be unharmed regardless of exterior wear.

 

* ER Music Gallery will pay any applicable charge for a replacement that is the result of shipping error or deemed defective by our product specialists.

 

* ER Music Gallery reserves the right to refuse replacements for any customer who does not abide by this policy.

 

»Refunds other than Defects or Shipping Damage

All eligible returns are subject to a 15% - 20% restocking fee based upon the retail price of the product. ER Music Gallery will issue the refund upon approval of returned merchandise. For items with free shipping or shipping included in the price, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping & handling, which will be deducted from the refund.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping expenses. All returned merchandise must be in original purchase condition with the original packaging fully intact (with the original accessories, manuals, registration information, etc.) and include the original receipt/invoice/packing slip to be eligible for credit.

 

 

»Refusal of Delivery

If an order is refused for a reason other than damage, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs, including the shipping costs back to the warehouse, and any other costs that occur during the delivery and return process. If the order qualified for free shipping, the customer will be responsible for all costs associated with shipping and returning the respective shipment.

 

 

»Order Cancellations

Please request all order cancellations before 11:59pm (PST) on the date of purchase. Any returns requested after this time are subject to a 7% transaction fee. Please note that once the order is shipped, your order cannot be cancelled. Refer to our return policy above for return or exchange options.

 

 

»Pre-Order Cancellations

Due to the high fees associated with returning funds to an account, please ensure you are certain of your pre-order purchase before placing your order. If you are unable to guarantee your intent on purchase, please proceed with the transaction using our "check out with PayPal" option to minimize return fees. Cancelled pre-order purchases are subject to a charge of up to 7% the total transaction price if the order is placed without PayPal. This fee is not arbitrary; it is the fee ER Music Gallery is charged by credit card processors when administering a refund.

 

 

»Guidelines for Packaging a Returned Item

•      Pack your return securely.

•      Products must be returned in the manufacturer's original packaging. Accessories, software and manuals must be included. Incomplete returns may be refused or subject to a re-stocking fee. (Minimum 20%)

•      Returned product should be in new condition and original packing and box must be unharmed. Returned product that shows wear or abuse will either be refused or subject to a restocking fee. (Minimum 20%)

•      Products bought on special additional discounts through private links and promo codes are not subject to the 30-day guarantee.

•      Ensure there is no writing, graffiti, marks, or stains on the manufacturer’s box.

•      Headphones/Microphones

•      Any product in which hygiene is a concern

•      Oversized or overweight items.

•      Items purchased at an additional discount or received as a free gift
